At Response Computer Group, we understand that system downtime is costly to your business. We also understand the challenge of managing the demands of business growth while coping with continuously changing technology. Our goal is to keep your IT system operational, secure and productive so you can focus on expanding your business, managing your costs and increasing your revenue.

We accomplish this using Managed Services by RCG. This proactive approach to IT administration keeps your computers running at peak performance, allowing you to spend time using your systems rather than struggling with them. These Managed Services include PC auditing and license inventory, update and patch management, performance and log monitoring, remote access for immediate service, antivirus prevention and security management, and free supports calls every month.

RCG offers multiple tiers of service, each available at a fixed cost, so you can plan your IT budget in advance with no unpleasant surprises. One complete package for servers, two levels of coverage for workstations, critical peripheral support, and IT phone support:

Server Package - $200/month for full server coverage

Complete coverage against any failure for five years after the initial installation date of your equipment. We will verify once per month that your backups are functional, however we do not guarantee against data loss. Your servers are the most critical part of your business IT structure, as they contain all of your company data and records. RCG will continue to provide same day or next business day onsite repair for servers under the new contract and will continue to stock common parts and attempt to repair the server onsite. If you have multiple servers covered, there will be a multi-server discount applied. Additional servers will be covered at a cost of $150/month.

Workstation Package I - $25/month per covered workstation

System performance monitoring, event log monitoring, remote support, remote access, Microsoft patch management, Anti-virus and Security software installation and updates, and two OS related support calls per month.

Workstation Package II - $50/month per covered workstation

System performance monitoring, event log monitoring, remote support, remote access, Microsoft patch management, Anti-virus and Security software installation and updates, and OS related support calls. This tier also offers complete parts and labor coverage on a depot basis. The workstation must be shipped to or dropped off at RCG. We will diagnose the problem, order applicable parts, and repair the workstation to the original specficiation (if the parts are available). Onsite service will be available at standard travel and labor rates.

IT Phone Support Package - $100/month

The IT Phone Support package allows 4 incident calls per month for general IT support. This does not cover hardware replacement or physical repairs. It is for technical questions and guidance.

Self Manage/Remote Access Package - $5/month per license

The Self Manage/Remote Access package is designed for companies which have their own IT department. You will have the ability to control every PC in your organization from one location, to access a complete PC audit and inventory system, to manage patches and updates, and much more. RCG will setup an account and provide training to get your IT personnel started.
